Special and fairly clean place, everything was perfect. I had beautiful room with extremely comfy bed, I enjoyed it.

The staff was helpful, the accommodation was cosy and fairly clean. Loved huge bathroom and a refrigerator, an air conditioning and a dining area in our suite.

i had a really amazing experience here, everything was excellent, the location was decent short walk to beach, bars and centro tulum. i loved that the design was lovely. there also was small parking and nice pool.

I loved the delightfully helpful staff and the AWESOME food. Rooms with huge bathroom, AC and kitchenette. The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a comfortable area, near to the motorway, bars and the center.

Its people and food were terrific. I liked a nice decor and lovely furniture. I had amazing bed, balcony, free wireless internet and climate control. Beautiful lobby. There were excellent internet and easy parking available.

The lobby was great, I loved it. The breakfast was savoury, featured plenty of meals. The venue had amiable staff who made the stay peaceful. Absolutely gorgeous location to cenotes casa tortuga tulum.

Exceptional food, understanding staff, comfy beds. The room was lovely & extra comfy, and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The place was just a walk down to Humo, where you can have dinner.

I liked the particularly good location and the staff was attentive! Luxurious room, exceptionally comfortable bed. The atmosphere created here was cordial. Excellent bar on site. Service was really friendly, that made the hotel great relaxing place.

The big balcony was a bonus. Staff was lovely when solving the problem. We were upgraded to a suite.
